Affirming Worth. Building Confidence. Shaping Futures. Guiding South African teenagers from Grade 8 through Matric and into purposeful adulthood.
Five structured years — from Cubs in Grade 8 to Alpha Wolves in Grade 12. Each year builds on the last, shaping confident, resilient, self-aware young adults.
Whether you are a teen ready to grow, a professional with expertise to share, a school, corporate partner, or donor — the W.O.L.F pack has a place for you.
Our vision is to foster a community of accountable, responsible, and emotionally healthy teenagers, empowering them to make informed decisions for a better life. We envision cultivating individuals who embrace real opportunities, find a sense of belonging, and honour and respect each other and humanity.
Our mission is to empower teenagers in South Africa through holistic support and guidance, fostering accountability, resilience, and ambition. We provide resources and programmes that promote emotional well-being, academic and vocational excellence, and a sense of belonging — cultivating responsible young individuals who can thrive and contribute positively to society.
Everything we do is built on five core pillars that guide every programme, every session, and every interaction within the pack.
WOLF delivers a holistic programme that blends emotional, academic, physical, relational, and creative development. Each month focuses on a different pillar of development, each customised per grade and age group. Click any programme to learn more.
Tools to manage stress, anxiety, and build emotional resilience. Through mindfulness, group discussions, and guided activities, teens develop a healthy relationship with their emotions and learn when and how to seek support.
Budgeting, saving, and informed financial decision-making. From money basics in Grade 9 to advanced entrepreneurship and investment concepts in Grade 11, teens build a strong financial foundation for their future.
Nutrition, physical activity, sleep, hygiene, and building a healthy relationship with the body. Teens also explore self-defence and personal safety, building confidence and situational awareness.
Discovering passions and linking subject choices to career aspirations. Study techniques, time management, and goal-setting in junior years progress into university readiness, NSFAS guidance, CV writing, and interview preparation in Grade 12.
Art, writing, design, music, and performance — teens explore creativity as a tool for self-expression, identity formation, and building their personal brand. Every WOLF has a voice worth hearing.
Healthy friendships, personal boundaries, conflict resolution, empathy, and communication skills. Teens learn to navigate peer pressure, toxic dynamics, and digital relationships with confidence and clarity.
From foundational leadership skills in Grade 10 to mentoring Cubs as Alpha Wolves in Grade 12. Community service projects, civic responsibility, and understanding each teen's role in shaping a better South Africa.
Practical adulting skills — renting, banking, cooking, navigating public systems, and managing independence. Especially focused in Grade 12 to ensure Alpha Wolves are ready for life beyond the school gates.
Responsible social media use, digital footprint awareness, cyberbullying prevention, and using technology as a tool for growth. Teens learn to present themselves confidently and safely online.
The foundational programme that starts every W.O.L.F journey. Teens explore who they are, what they value, and where they are going — culminating in the iconic W.O.L.F values bracelet, a tangible reminder of their core principles.
